Jang Plastic Surgery (hereinafter referred to as the “Hospital”) values your personal information and complies with the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.”
The Hospital informs you through its privacy policy about the purposes and methods of using the personal information you provide and the measures being taken to protect personal information.

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction

The hospital, in principle, destroys the personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

The information you entered for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and usage period) before being destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible.

5. Delegation of Collected Personal Information

The hospital does not delegate your information to external companies without your consent. If such a need arises in the future, we will notify you about the delegate and the details of the delegated tasks, and obtain prior consent if necessary.

6. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise

If you request correction of errors in personal information, the relevant personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction result without delay to ensure the correction is made.
※ Personal information that is required to be retained by law cannot be modified or deleted within the retention period, even upon request.

7. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices
